My apologies

I haven't died yet but my absence from the Internet is entirely due to the incompetence of Vodafone , my ISP, and BT Openreach who cover GB's landlines, getting disabled on the night of Oct 22-23 as storm Benjamin went over GB.

Neither have been able to get either my landline or my broadband to work ever since. It's still not working now. I am presently operating on the kindness of strangers, my downstairs neighbour Phill's broadband connection, and will keep using his broadband brief.

Vodafone, as everyday so far promise full restoration tomorrow! Time will tel. Not wo worry though about Graeme on enforced holiday, I am busy wracking up compensation at Vodafone of £9.95 per day, which is about covering my current daily gin intake.

Normal LIR service will return soon hopefully as absent the Internet, UK daytime TV is just banal dross and warmongering to expand the NATO proxy war on Ukraine.

For now we must take a short (?) holiday from each other, much to the relief of London's House of Clowns and Washington, District of Crooks. Those desperate for dinosaur Graeme can reach me on UK 0118 353 2153, sensible UK hours please.

Who knew that in autumn/winter GB get gales, heavy rain and occasional snow. Service providers please note, that in 2025 the internet is now an inherent Vital Service and make provision accordingly.

Regards and best wishes from a blustery Reading, Thames Valley.

Dinosaur Graeme.
